Moonweed Digital started offering 4k-ready equipment to all clients since 2012.

Our flagship RED Scarlet-MX and RED KOMODO 6K cameras offers the benefits of not only an increased resolution compared to HD, but all the advantages to dynamic range and color depth of REDCODE RAW. Our most portable cinema camera, the Sony FX-3 can film up to 120 frames per second at 4K, and our flying camera (DJI's Inspire 2 drone) is 6k-ready.

We offer a complete production package that includes filming with an operator, on-set editing and color grading, or individual services (such as timelapse photography, aerial filming or still photography).

How we do it:

  • All RAW image capture pipeline (REDCODE and PRORES Raw), 16 bit color.

  • HD, UHD, 4K DCI and 6K resolutions available.

  • Super-35 and full frame sensor sizes.

  • In-house kit allows for up to a complete 3 cameras setup.

  • Aerial imaging options with drone and dedicated fully-licensed operator.

  • Wired boom microphone and 2-set wireless lav mic with dedicated operator.

  • Optional on-set DIT for LUT previews on the go.

  • Small studio lights kit with Aputure LED 1x1 and 300D Mkii as part of every rental package.
